astaga.com lifestyle on the net: Astaga.com lifestyle on the net was here to say hello...!
Lady Wolfen Mists: Hi Thanks for coming over and telling us your meal plan for the day. It really helps, I hope you will continue to help us out as we try to lose weight
My-Kin: Well, to attract more reader you need to at least make people understand what your thinking style and be able to follow it. Also language is also important. You cannot write bad English/Swedish or whatever you are using and expecting people to understand it when the language is your first or second language.
astaga.com lifestyle on the net: Wow, this was a really outstanding post. In theory I'd like to compose like this too - taking time and real effort to make a solid article... but what can I say... I shilly-shally a lot and never seem to get something done. Thanks!
Jenn: Hi! Just out surfing the web and thought I'd say hello! I was reading your profile, you dont like brussel sprouts? lol Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful week!!

Healthy Fruity Porridge

Fruity Porrigde

You need

an apple
a banana
little milk(can be removed)
1 spoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon linseed
Mixer

First remove the apple's core and peel off the banana. Put everything in the mixer with very little milk. Now start the mixer. When the consistence looks like kind of smoothie, it's done. But let it mix a little more to make sure everything is done. Take a bowl and pour everything down there. Add the sunflower seeds and linseeds at the top and add little milk if you would like it. Now it's done. Enjoy!
Good way to use your copy of Magic Bullet if you own such thing.

Hint 1: You can switch out banana with pear if you cannot eat banana's. Don't remove the pear's peel as it's good to have lots of fiber. You can use apple, banana, pear, mango or any kind of fruits who doesn't contain too much water. Apple is always a good base.

Hint 2: You can remove the sunflower seeds and linseeds with fresh berries as strawberry, blueberry, raspberry or why not cranberry.

Hint 3: Instead of sunflowers seeds and linseeds you can use unsweetend musli instead.

Hey There! I wanted to thank you so much for your comments. It's so nice to have an understanding person who knows the frustration of not knowing 'how' to report a spammer. I'm going to surf some more around the bravejournal site and see if I can find an url to report or something.

I just made an entry on the history of my 'rose birds' From the first nest to now... Yep, I even added pictures taken through the years.
If you get a free minute, stop on by.

Hey I love this recipe... I'm going to print it off, hang it on the refrigerator and the next time my grandson comes over, we'll make us some porridge. Sonny will love it!

Hope you have a glorious week!

I de-activated the pre-approval thing on comments, so the comments should show up instantly now... I hope that spammer stays away!!!!
