astaga.com lifestyle on the net: Astaga.com lifestyle on the net was here to say hello...!
Lady Wolfen Mists: Hi Thanks for coming over and telling us your meal plan for the day. It really helps, I hope you will continue to help us out as we try to lose weight
My-Kin: Well, to attract more reader you need to at least make people understand what your thinking style and be able to follow it. Also language is also important. You cannot write bad English/Swedish or whatever you are using and expecting people to understand it when the language is your first or second language.
astaga.com lifestyle on the net: Wow, this was a really outstanding post. In theory I'd like to compose like this too - taking time and real effort to make a solid article... but what can I say... I shilly-shally a lot and never seem to get something done. Thanks!
Jenn: Hi! Just out surfing the web and thought I'd say hello! I was reading your profile, you dont like brussel sprouts? lol Anyway, I hope you have a wonderful week!!

Today was an inspiring day!

Today I had my lesson about sensory research, I had one evening full of networking, inspiring lectures, good food ( we made pizzas) with students and people from the business world. I was working with a guy who have run a restaurant, bar, café without having a proper education. He is self taught. I also worked with a castle's operative chef. It was very rewarding but it was a really long day as I was the only one among the participants who actually got the dishes done as the leaders for the evening didn't kept an eye on it. So for all my effort I got a large Easter bunny chocolate. I wasn't expecting it at all so now I'm happy I got the yummy chocolate ^^

Hi My-Kin. Thanks for visiting my journal and offering that wise advice. It really is important to make sure our expectations are realistic; this is something I've learned the hard way over many, many years of repeated failures to learn that lesson. *lol* I also agree that rewarding oneself for the good things one accomplishes is important to self esteem.

Yes, it is difficult to get into a good exercise routine, but, as you pointed out, once a routine is set, it does become easier each day to stick to it.

Thanks for visiting. I hope you have a good day.

Yummy Bunny! Ahhh, this is one of the sweetest rewards one can receive.
Sounds like a fun and delicious time you spent networking. I'd still be smiling, especially with chocolate topping off the day.
Wishing you a fabulous week!
